Integrated deck compression systems??

I'm confused. Is there a certain compression you have to use for integrated decks? Haha inform me on this whole subject please?

Nope... Compression wise. You can use any compression system.

No difference, Intergrated is when you can directly put your bearings into your headtube, while standard is when you install cups for your bearings to go into your headtube.
