I am pretty sure the Impact is just fine.

well ive used one and it was kinda slow but it was brand new, then when i used an orbit it was amazing, so im not sure if it was just installed wrong or what.

Yeah, some are fast and some are slow. As long as it is smooth though, you can spin it fast and it will break in.
