A regular head tube is right. An integrated head tube is right also.
The reason integrated comes into play is because many people can mess up a regular headset by not installing it properly.
With an integrated headset, simplicity is the main factor.
Obviously you will need an integrated head tube to run an integrated headset.
But, unlike the regular headset, there is no need to press fit the cups into the head tube. As said before, the head tube flares out like so.
You simply drop the bearings into the headset cups on the head tube. Compress your headset and your ready to ride.
Pretty easy, yeah?
