just wondering. how does greasing the integrated cups help? wouldnt that just make them move around? and are there any grease alternatives?

reduces friction of metal on metal surfaces thus allowing any movement to be smooth and sound free. no deck should be sold without proper size headtube cups so movement of the headset should never be much of a problem unless its loose.
i use nothing but heavy grease on any moving, screwing or where any metal on metal connection happens, oils or any other lubricant do nothing grease cant do 100x bettetr
