Every time I try to throw an inward forward I just flail and fall, the inward makes no motion whatsoever any tips?

watch out, we have got a badass over here. If you know what i mean. Isn´t flail a 360 frontlip or something like that?
But yeah, im learning them at the moment, and i can get them on one foot.
