Pretty new, But you can only hear out of one earphone. BUT IT'S UNDER WARRANTY. If you don't plug the earphones in all the way you can hear out of both.

ive actually fixed mine with the same problem. i was watching a youtube vid on mine while taking it apart, and fixed it with the video still playing haha
