ok so i sent him crows(they were cracked witch he knew about and a big banged up NOT BAD AT ALL)and i send a stan wheel and a shim and he was gunna send out my fork and then he said he would ship the next day and now its been like 2 weeks and nothing and now he is saying that he isnt gunna ship that the stuff isnt worth it now. he is telling me i have to pay to get my stuff back

can someone help like what can i do to get my stuff back
or if some one has his number so i can call this kid but dont ban him cause then i cant talk to him

yes you can really do that its called scamming and if you still have the kids address he can get in loads of ----- could be taken to small claims court and he could loose alot of money and be forced to ship out your stuff and the stuff u sent as well, so go to the police and file a report about him scamming you and that he wont reply to messages ect. give the police the website and they can find out his ip address and his name all that good stuff...

yaa and i was smart and saves like all of our convo's haha
so basicly he might have to send me my stuff and the fork? that would be sweet and like how do i report it to the police

I got myself banned.
you did the same thing as that one guy did to muse and actually it will not stand up in court no agreements with minors do but pm me we will work somethig out and i never said you had to pay to get your stuff back just that you needed to pay the return shipping because its not my fault you lied about the condition of the parts you neer said that the crows were dented to hell on the middle cross bar or the the stan core was scrathched to hell een tho i asked you about the condition of the core a few times to make sure because i was going to keep the core and hag it on my wall and the "hic shim " you said you were going to gie me was the bottom of broke rup bars not een cut straight or anything so that i could use it as a shim

i know i didnt have a problem with the crack cuz it was small it was that the bars were dented to hell the core was all scratched and "the hic shim" it was a peice of broke ultra pro bars not even cut or anything but i sent his stuff back and game him his tracking your stuff will be out by tuesday ben
