Are you able to raw a Ultra Pro deck with regular paint stripper?

no they dont,.. theyre silver. Its not raw aluminum.
And no, you cant, you gotta wirewheel that shit off or electric sand it.

is it anodized? if yes, then oven cleaner
RUPs are already "Raw" because they are Alooominum with no finish applied to them. It will not RAW like steel.
2 parts of the Deck:
The Head Tube is anodized- just no color added
The Deck is an extrusion*- they pull the AL through a Die to make the shape of the deck, this process gives the material somewhat of a shiny appearance.
You could "raw" the head tube buy sanding it with some 220 grit sand paper but you'll remove the protective anodizing and the aluminum will turn an ugly faded gray color, if that's what you want go for it.
*(other types of decks are made from one solid piece of aluminum that they stick in a Mill and cut out the shape of the deck.)

It is not Chrome- not on the RUP, the Foldy decks do have a Chrome plated steel head Tube BOLTED to the deck.
