Is the SZ Viper worth getting?

I'm too lazy to assemble everything by myself, so do you guys think this is worth it?

Price isn't really an issue here, it's more the parts that I'm worried about... the Ultra Pro deck/fork worries me, but everything else looks pretty good. I'd obviously want to install a new headset as well (probably a Cane Creek S3)

What do you guys think?

It is worth around 230 or so. They mark it up about fifty dollars and this scooter is threaded with a stock threaded headset, correct me if I'm wrong
