There are 2 way in which I would do this

Either use a screen recorder such as ZD Soft to make a recording of the video playing

OR

Using SUPER�©, which requires a LOT of PC knowledge.

The results are basically the same though, just depends which one you can use easier.

I challenge you to find a "download" button on Youtube.

That's basically what SUPER does. Youtube videos already download to your computer in your Temporary Internet Files, but in .FLV format which is only recognised by Flash Player. SUPER can recode the file into .AVI, .MPEG, .WMV or what ever you like, even .GIF. However, you need to know what settings they need to be encoded in so Windows Media Player or Movie Maker can recognise them.

- View the video/music/whatever streaming stuff you want.
- Click the download helper toolbar button
- Click the name of the file you want to download

Anything more advanced than that is not worth going into but yano.
