Is this a good scooter setup?

Ok so here is what i am thinking of buying

Deck:Blunt envy 4.3 wide
Bars:Inward T bar, 1 peice
Fork:Razor ultra pro
Headset: please suggest one- i dont know what to buy, whats the difference between threaded and threadless, sorry im a scooter noob :/
Grips: ODI longneck ST
Wheels: Yak mechanic 100mm
Clamp: Blunt triple clamp

Total price 232$

Is that a good price for all these things and is there any parts i am missing,will they all fit together, if you guys could suggest a better setup for around that price, that would be great! i also have no idea on bar hiegth or width.

If you're gonna get a envy deck don't use stock forks(razor ultra pro forks). I suggest Envy Declare forks and a District Pro Sealed Headset.

no rup forkk, no no no no no, most stupid waste of money. here get this : Envy deck, new blunt fork, with ihs coonmpression, Blunt Smith bars and yak wheels. itll be ill. oh and the headset that comes with the new blunt decks, their integrated.
