Is weight a real issue

it seems as thought it would make sense to invest in durability more than weight on a scooter... or am i wrong? does weight really effect riding?

People have different opinions on weight. Some like heavier scooters and say they're better for flowing. Others like lighter scooters. It's all personal opinion. You would want to sacrifice weight for durability, not durability for weight.

if your beginner you might like lighter decks and then kinda stop caring about weight as you get better. but the lightest/heavy duty deck i no about is the district

front weight doesnt matter at all. but to me deck weight does a lot. i had a reinforced pro then got a reinforced ultra pro and learned flat double whips the first day. also made bris a lot easier

honestly eventually weight doesnt matter because you get used to it. Mine at first was heavy as hell but now its almost nothing.
