Its not a fat suit, its all real haha.
I read an interview with the guy that plays Mac, whos one of the writers of the show or something. He said in most sitcoms, the people get better looking as the show goes on, but he wants his to be different, he wants everyone to look worse as it goes on.
Mac gained 50 pounds I think, and look at how disgusting Frank got throughout the series.
