you make good points^ but would you really rather have obama? the only real reason that i would vote for him is because he has legitimate experience. i completely agree with you about santorum being insane and not fit to run a country.
also me being mormon has nothing to do with the fact that im supporting romney. i could honestly care less
i dont think that the ballots could honestly be rigged... but if they were, were in some deep trouble. america is falling apart

That and he could probably finally get our asses out of debt... He planned for 8 years. Everyone needs to be patient. 13 trillion doesn't just go away in 4 years.

look i dont care if you're mormon, i really dont, but don't sit here and deny well known facts. actually i was wrong, i said uncle and it was his father in law. and yes, ive heard him talk about mormonism plenty.
but really, i have been watching this election every day, mitt romney is in no way shape or form fit to run this country. id rather have him than rick santorum, but id rather have obama than romney, and i dislike obama. dont turn this into a religious issue, it's not, this is a sanity issue. he isnt sane. the only reason id pick him over santorum is because santorum is more insane.

and parrish, theres still gary johnson and obama.

I'd rather have nick griffin than rick santorum.

But Gary Johnson seems to be polling well in every state he's been to! This gives me wood.

it wasn't 13 trillion dollars when he started though and he really doesn't have a plan to get rid of it.. he's just increased the ceiling more and more. and "ncreasing debt now to lower it later doesn't make sense or ever happen speaking from history.

fact: in the past 4 years of being in office obama has led america to accumulate more debt than all of the other terms of all of the other presidents combined.

I think debt is our biggest problem right now by so much and it's just getting worse. People think that just because we're America we are invincible and couldn't declare bankruptcy or be in trouble. It happened already in the 20's and we're headed right back there again!

Anyways, not that I think it's going to change the outcome of the election or anything obviously but I give you guys a lot of props that are keeping up on this stuff and actually looking into different candidates and know what they're about coming from them instead of jumping on a bandwagon because you heard something your parents, friends, or media said.

I agree with that^

The worst part is the GOP debates. No one seems to talk about series issues, they just seem bent on ostracizing gay people.

I'M CB!
I feel as if the debt at this point is a loss cause. I don't believe china or any of the other countries we owe money to are going to call in the debt.

Ron Paul has been campaigning strong I'm Washington and I really hope he pulls it off even with the GOP voting fraudulence that's been going down lately. It is a plus that Paul is gaining delegates in all the states he's campaigning in though, cause that's why matters.

Also, I really hope Gary Johnson starts campaigning once the primary/caucus season dies down.

i agree to some extent jona its nice we haven't been like threatened or "called in on" (that we know of at least). but the fact is our debt is just getting more out of control and what we do is pay the bare minimums of what we have to, similar to a credit card. so THAT is getting to be too much. and our "credit rating" as a country has been changed in the past year so it is something that I think could happen and matters

haha Rob you are right too though. I think they need to figure out how we can get out of debt, thats my biggest concern.

other issues matter but not like that if you think about it.. (And assuming that what jona said does matter.)

our economy and everything else that is under the economy (sub issues if you will) all are able to happen because of all the borrowing we do.

if we go bankrupt and our "international credit rating" goes to crap then other countries won't want to lend to us ---> gets worse and worse until we can't support really anything including medicine, a defense like our military, jobs, etc. etc. right down the line..

basically, (and easier said than done no doubt) we need to cut back on spending and pay some debt off so we CAN keep borrowing, use that borrowing to create jobs and potential other ways to bring money in, then keep paying off debt until we can at least can see our debt actually heading in the right direction.

it would get to a point where we start making more and more of our own stuff, have something to offer other countries and ourselves, and be profitable

soo just my opinon, but from the research ive done im super impressed with how consistent ron paul has always been and what his goals are for our country, the fact that he's an honest guy, and how his ideas are actually acheivable. i think he's our best bet by far.

sorry i keep writing books :)

So right now I'm reading a book.. Lone Survivor, by Marcus Lutterel. Go read it... One of the things I wanna be is a Navy Seal, and in this book it describes the death of around 30 of America's elite warriors that were killed in a rescue operation, one of the biggest catastrophes in Special Forces history. And the entire reason it happened is because the SEALs were afraid that a choice they would make would get them sentenced to jail or death in the U.S. After a lot of thought over this and the presidential campaign, I have come to the conclusion.... That the media is playing a big part in screwing America. Liberals not letting our soldiers fight the war like they need too because of fear of jail and death, hate adds and anti-campaign adds, and debates have been screwing all of us up. I'm just venting a little bit right now, so bear with me. In the presidential campaigns that happened 4,8, and 12 years ago there was always someone who was obviously a good choice, or two or three people that were mostly reliable and could be chosen based on personal opinion.... This year, every single presidential candidate has had some scandal or hate or something that is going on.... So believe it or not, I'm going to put my imaginary vote with Obama again. Nothing much has happened during his time in office, besides the Osama bin Laden operation. And I think that that might be the best thing for the U.S. right now. None of the current candidates are in the proper mindset or position to govern the U.S. currently. Thanks for reading my rant haha

"Liberals not letting our soldiers fight the war like they need too." what war and why do we need to be in it? because i havent seen a single war we need to be in.

johnson/paul would make much better presidents than obama.
by the way, its funny you say "letting our soldiers fight" as if they want to. ron paul doesnt believe we should be getting in wars at all, and he gets twice as many donations from military personnel than all the other candidates combined.
