i really just gotta work on stregthening my leg after I just had a surgery. but its a mild one so I can still ride!!! plus i have to suck my body up more, kinda like an accordian.

now its probably like 4 inches if I go easy and just concentrate, but i can't get it right on gaps.

I did that once with an air rifle and the fucking thing ran away after I prodded it with a stick, I have no clue how it was still alive with a metal pellet lodged in its brain..

what did you have surgery for?

just shots of botox ( no not that kind, a minor surgical kind) to parylize strong muscles so weak ones work more to get stronger.
