i am 5 foot 1 in. and i had 22h scooter zone bars i cut them down to 21 and the bottom is a lil not flat. does it HAVE to be flat, and does the slit HAVE to have the hole on top? thanks

it helps if the bottom is flat and u rlly need the hole at the top cuz that keep the bars from cracking

ok my dad is gonna cut the slit with an abrasive wheel then ill drill the hole what size should the drill bit be?
