Dose anyone ride Knowpeds/Growpeds? I know BK dose, but anyone else? I am thinking about buying one and im looking for some reveiws/advice/mods ect.

i have a growped dont ride it i need a new fork and have to make a new deck and fix my brake lol

so whats better a knowped or growped? it sucks that you cant adjust the handlebar height......it seems like you would really have to muscle those things around and what are the wheels like? they seem like they might be really slow can you put skate bearings in them?

grow peds are smaller, i have a knowped, you can lower the bars..just buy a stem and some 16" bars and your set. there pretty heavy, especially with a grindplate, there actually really fast, they have bike bearings in them and the wheels are pretty durable..the fender brake on them sucks, i broke 3 and gave up on them so just ride completly brakeless...i havent ridden my knowped in like a year
What do you think I shud buy? Knowped or Growped?

im 5'4" and 123, and i ride a knowped...the only thing about them is that the back axles bend wicked easily..for me at least. right now im riding a bent one so my wheel is at like a 45 degree angle. like miles said, just get a stem and bars, bothy fork, and a grindplate if you want, i took mine off to save some weight and since its all worn and doesnt slide anymore.
So a knowped? Buy a know ped?

Yeah it sucks that knowpeds have single forks and dropouts.

uh you want to buy a bothy (double sided) fork, the single rear dropout is fine..2 add a lot more weight

idk ive never riden a growped but ive heard the frames bend easily or something..and miles do you bend axles at all since that 1st time off a 4 foot ledge or something you told me about? because it takes me a day at most to bend an axle
