Knuckle, joint, bone crackers...

I got myself banned.
Who cracks body parts here, just wondering. Every morning I do my back, toes, fingers (each finger 3 times) and sometimes wrists and shoulders. Constantly crack my fingers and back throughout the day, its so gross but feels so good.

neck left to right, back laft to right and i push on it or at schooli push it against the back of my chair, all my fingers, 3 on each one, my knees, ankles, toes, and hips lol.

it's seriously bad for you!

also it's not actually a "crack", it's the sound of the gas bubbles popping

Every morning I crack my toes, neck, and fingers. And all day I constantly crack my fingers, I don't even know I'm doing it, I just do without even thinking about it.

fingers through the day. i wait for 3rd period everyday to do my back and neck. it sorta makes u feel more awake in the morning

fingers back toes shoulders neck. and its not bad for you. it acutally keeps the fluids flowing smoothly
