i crack my fingers wrist neck and back pretty much every day.since i was little i could crack my ankle and big toe like non stop

I used to do knuckles all the time (all of them, not just the base ones) but it does make your joints weaker so I figured I'd cut it out since I gotta hold onto my bars, ya know? I still do my back and neck all the time, my knees feel like they're gonna pop when I ride my bike sometimes so I pedal extra hard and pop them, and my feet/ankles I do in a combo maneuver. Sometimes my wrists, too.
