This always makes me really sad. Kids are saying "wow these scooters are really complicated" and kids who have no idea how to work on their scooter. It's not a hard thing to do! I learned everything first hand by taking everything apart and putting it back together, and these kids can't do it with everyone and their uncle telling them how to do it and pictures galore. And when the SR fork came out, people totally freaked. How is this working? I don't get it? Even all this time later people are confused about it. It's a scooter, it's not that complicated! I think one of the things you need to learn when riding a scooter is how to make your scooter ridable, so that you know what's going on and you can figure out what the clicking sound is or what's loose. Maybe once all the riders learn how to do this we'll be able to watch some videos with nice, quiet scooters, without metal bouncing around every which way. Well there's my rant, I guess the point is this: Learn how to work on your scooter!
