i put the bar from a razor pro in and it fit ( not the t tube, the other one.) and it fit good.

it was tab loose but after you tighten it is solid

ok i looked it up and it
Uses 7/8" diameter handlebars. Fits all 1-1/4" diameter handlepoles.

there it is the same as the one's the use in buff bars just the color is worn down.
p.s. missing one of the two bottom bolts
