I've gone through the instructions and I'm 99% sure I did everything right, but I still have headset wobble when my bars are almost too tight to do a complete bar spin. I'm running threaded forks if that helps. Any suggestions? When I had my stock headset I found a point where it hardly moved and it spun almost 3 times around.

Also so I don't have to start a new thread, has anyone else had problems with the 110 fullcore eagles bearing slots being too big? My bearings are so loose that they just fall out. (I just got the wheel two days ago). For now I put a piece of paper between the bearing and the wheel but I don't know if I fully trust that.

Thanks

make sure you are using the right crown race, and you need to put the top threaded cap from the razor headset over the headset cap for the S-3 to keep it tight.

The crown race is definitely the right one, and I put the bottom cap from the stock headset over the S-3 cap to keep it tight already.

yeah, look at the race and see if its the one that came with the headset, if so then do you have those thread on nuts to tighten down over your headset, keep that snug, and tighten your bars down, cause the unthreaded headsets need to have that on and the right race with any headset

make sure the the race is on straight and that you dont have a bent fork cause that happened to me and make sure you grease it or lube it
