rup deck its real smooth and pretty strong if drop outs is the problem. i love my rup and i heard tsi takes a long time to get used to. Rup is cheaper than both too. i know its not a choice but im just suggesting it
 
ultra pro's are soo good, the only thing ive changed on mine is the wheels and the griptape cos stock griptape is gay. and grips.

4.5 - Tech/Style <-- Personal favorite
5.0 - Style/Big

Tech - Muti-trick combo riding (bar to whip to manny to scooter fakie to tail slap to nose pivot 180 out, etc...)
Style - Flowy big air tricks (Airing out big with a gnarly look back)
Big - Airing massive and flow'n fat bowls (flying higher then high like Stan Smirnoff)

i personally like the 4, my friends have 4.5s, but to me it feels like im riding a fuzion or somethin, so im getting a 4
