when i put my bars over my hic shim it slide up when i jump... i have oversived crows with an oversized scooterzone clamp and the shimm that comes with crows...i tighten my clap to the max!!!
why dose it do this?
how can i fix it?

grind down the edges of the topcap to make the diameter a bit smaller, thats what i had to do

just tighten the top cap the most you can and put locktight in your star nut and then put tape in your shim and tighten your clamp to the tighest it goes

there is nothing wrong with my compresion jusy the shim its selff... so the tape thing will work? what kinda tape?

I think I had the same problem win my new crows. I found the shim rad supplied was 5/8 an inch taller then my previous hic shim so I marked it and cut it down. Worked perfectly now. Not sure why they made it so long... I couldn't even get the threads started on the top cap.

oh ok... i dont think mine is hat much higher than my fork.. but i will do that:)
yea ihad to use an scs bolt cause the other bolt didt reach
