Here is the bottom line. i gave my son $55.00 to buy the deck. I paid on the 17th of April. we were told he would ship it right away. That didnt happen. He told us that he is going to wait until the money got to his bank from Paypal. That is not what we had agreed on. I am a verified member on Paypal. No problems at all on my side. We were also told it would be shipped UPS or Fed-Ex. That didnt happen either. That is when I began to doubt his honesty. I asked for any tracking info on the receipt. That didnt happen. I have waited enough time to receive the deck. I first filed a resolution request through Paypal. No money has been removed form his Paypal or bank account as of yet. I am now filing the full claim against him. I have sent hundreds of tmes and also received hundreds of items through online purchases. I have never had this type of problem and do not intend to have this kid take me for $55.00. That is the bottom line. I will get my $55.00 back because the deck will never arrive because it was never shipped.

he still gets to keep the money if the item isnt as described
if he said he will ship when he gets the money and took a week to ship, he can take the money back and keep the stuff, the item wasnt as described, plain and simple

why would i want to do that? its not that big of a deal..i get my fork u get ur money..u dont give me my fork u can suck it and say goodbye to your money..

Mabye he did send it but usps lost it. Ever think of that? It happened to me and stackies he didnt make i big deal out of it.

If he got a tracking number he could prove that. That's his fault, and they have every right to be mad.

You never asked for anything other than a tracking number, if you wanted proof i shipped, you coulda asked for the recipt a week ago?
