Longboard griptape for scooters?

I was wondering if putting longboard grip tape on a scooter will work , like will it feel weird as it has like massive amount of grip?

you dont move your feet around nearly as much on a longboard as you do on a scooter.

I use it and its sick, it makes no change apart from your feet fall of less.

Do it, it will feel much better than MOB or my skate tape, I've used it
