well, today i was out riding these rails in this college, and i noticed that some of them had knobs on them and i went up to one to see how i could take it off and it had this website address on it

Some of them are held on by bolts with allen keys heads, easy removal if you have a set of allen keys with you

The ones around here are caulked and they have that special allen key thing. I'm sure you could bust or grind them off and a little bondo would do it.

We have them downtown and this PERFECT 7 stair kink leage you could get them off easy enough but there embedded in a hole in the crete. Like its mounted in a hole and stickeds up

Yeah in downtown Phoenix there are some rails with those, and they're just little balls that are barely attached to the rail. I could probably kick one off.
