Looking for someone to design my logo

I'm looking for someone to design a logo for Sky-High scooters, It must include a picture of a sky in the background and say Sky-High Scooters. It also must be close to the same dimensions as the one in my sig. Anything else, use your imagination. If someone makes one good enough, I may be willing to pay. Thanks guys.

Are you referring to the banner I already have or the banner someone is making me? Because I do have the rights to the banner I have.

Is there any way the actual banner can be bigger? Maybe the words a lighter color closer to white too.

I Really like that Cory, two things I would like changed though. Is there a way you can make the sky more blue? Like the one I currently have. And also, a font thats like cloud letters, sort of like the writing on these bars.

So you took the picture of the sky or paid someone for that picture? What about the font? Have you paid for the font?

I dont want to sound like an asshole, but I'm trying to save you from legal trouble

I took the picture of the sky, added a little tint to one of the clouds to make it my own, and the font came from a free banner maker. I see what your saying though, thanks.
