Loose bars plz help

i have got my clamp up as tight as it can without stripping but my bars still rock back and forth a bit btw not headset?

Do you have tightened clamp this way: First other bolt, then other, then other, and so on.. If you have only one clamp get another.

Before tigheting your clamp use something hard and bang it down toward the headet bolt then try clamping it

its probably the clamp thats the problem

Razor, that won't help the clamp being too big.
