hey i gota square deck and the top tube moves back and forth on the fork. im gussen the cpaps to small but idk

he still has the lever on the headtube.... that kinda tells u the foldys still there...

bolt foldy and tighten the clamp ant the botttom and the clamp holding ur bars

loook in the mirror in the background it is bolted nubs.
try screwing your bars down more and doing the clamp up tighter if that doesnt work get another clamp
