vipers are 23 high out of scs.and 20 wide. . i have a forktube in them and i made it so the forktube sticks out of the bars .5in while its still the same size of the bars. it would be like 25 inches in scs but i ride a mgp and i use a baby scs

Will that Rad fork hold a 125mm wheel? Looks like it. Offset or not? Price please...

Yea it will and offset probably around 70$ cause there's only like 5 of them and it's in good condition!
