Cover the bolt with loctite or teflon tape, and tighten that bitch down hard.

no those are the new lucky 4.0's im pretty sure they're discontinueing the penis. Like this is what the 4.0s 4.5s and 5s are guuna be

its machine tightened...you need to use something like bars to get good leverage to get the bolt off
