Just got a pair last week in hic. They are really nice and would recommend them for sure. Just posted a pic in "your scooter" post

i really want these bars and im wondering if it comes with the HIC kit.
so the shim, starnut, top cap, and compression bolt

I don't think it did cause I recently bought 2 hic shim/cap/bolt when skyhigh had there rock bottom sale...and now I only have 1

ye ri got them wthout hic iv had em since febuary an they havnt bent my lucky dek an forks snaped be for thesean iv bailed them air about 10 feet including the ramp to flat on the barsnot a thing hapends

get stock ultra high bars ;P there chromoly and double TIG whelded lol and once u cut them down u can have them with or without slits for any compression lol iv went to do an inward before and accidently let go and my scoot flew 10 meters into a brick wall and hit it bars first and it didnt affect them at all lol tough as :)
