same EXACT thing happened with me 2 weeks ago except with there bars, and i emailed them 5 times in one week and they never responded. so my dad emailed them since i only had them 2 months and they refunded my money plus 30 dollars today. i thought they were bad, and i was about to make this exact thread, put they arent i just wont buy from them again cuz i broke their bars and they ignored my emails

no, that was back in june-august, i have a lucky now and my ht angle is atleast 86 degrees, i highly dought its 81 cuz i put the bars against the wall and the bars looked perpendicular to the deck,
