Lucky UBA Compression?

What does it do? on the lucky site it does not really explain that good.

oh it's not even a compression, it just allows you to use oversized bars with threded forks, but 10 bucks for this-no, when you probably have a hic shim if you bought ovesized bars, or you can cut a piece of standart bars

Fail on thinking that forks are 1-1/4".

yup put a hic shim up your bars for 4$ it will work perfect.
