madd brakes

i have a madd brake, and this guy i bought it from said it was grinded down, but when it came in the mail, it wasnt. luckily i bought it for only 2 dollars (LUCKY) but i need a way to grind it. right now im just grinding it against the concrete with my hands, and its slow, and tiresome. is there any way to grinding down without special equipment? i.e w/o a file, w/o a grinder, and w/o a sander

angle grinder, bench grinder or atleast a file would do, or a school if u do metal work

i just used a file, hold it down or clamp it and file it down.
im poor all ive got is a crappy fold up work bench a drill which is half broken, a hacksaw and a file but i still manage

if your really good with hack saws you could just but of a thin slice of it lol however much you need.
