RAD bars v.2 (18" tall, 18" wide - that's how it looks with these measurements)
Custom clamp
A random headset i drew
Custom neck
Custom fork
Custom deck and foldy substituent.
Bars - well actually my dream scoot wouldn't have RAD bars, it would have something else
that i'm hoping to get in autumn or winter, but i was told to keep any further information about
them classified. So here's the scooter with the RAD bars v.2.
Custom clamp - double bolts on both sides, matches with the slots in RAD bars.
Headset - if i would have this scooter, i would either have a FSA or some internals,
if i would build the neck for internal headsets.
Neck - it's a little wider than Razor's, but all measurements (neck, deck and foldy)
may vary due to getting the material.
Fork - now that concept is an idea which is gonna come true in this Summer.
Fork-plate + reinforcements + threadless forktube from a BMX fork (i'm getting a GT fork from
my friend). Fork is wider than Razors, it mounts two bearings, one spacer (between bearings)
and two more same spacers around the wheel. Fork has room for 110mm wheels too.
Deck and foldy substituent - thick deck plate + 2 rectangular pipes + 2 shorter rectangular pipes for foldy.
Deck is a little wider (10mm/~0,5inches) than Razor's on the sketch. On the last picture you can see i'm trying to
keep the deck clean from bolts underneath, because if there would be any bolts, they may disturb slides. I haven't
calculated out how heavy would be the deck with these measurements i have there, if it would be steel/stainless
steel. I think there would be an extra bolt in the middle of the deck, maybe not, i'll see. And yeah, i forgot to add
brake pin holes.
Wheels and brake? - They will not be custom.
I think/hope this dream will come true eventually. It has an easier construction. Fork will be ready this summer,
deck and neck maybe in winter or next summer or never at all, and for last - i have no idea how would i get ready that clamp.
It's a dream that i've planned and drawn in 3 nights.
EDIT: i saw my first little mistake: foldy bolts should be reversed, from top to bottom, not from bottom to top,
because i can't enter any bolts underneath.
