i reclean and soak my bearings/headset bearings about once a month, maybe a little less. tighten anything if its loose. otherwise, as alex said, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

i haven't, prolly should sometime.

although i usually break the part before it even needs cleaning. i guess that what i get being 165lbs and riding mostly street

If my scooter makes noise i try and take it apart and look into if i need to buy anything, but usually i tighten everything everyday so i dont die.
