making normal bars to hic bars

also sorry if this is a stupid question

but is it possible for me to change my bars from normal to hic because i no tom cat done it for his friend the small one with the salyers

would i just have to cut 3-4 inchs off the bottom of my bars and slide on a bit of a oversized bar then reweld it.

Yep, that's how you do it. Bars like that are called tapered.

yeahh coz i was going to get the new phorx but i want to use hic but i just got new genys and where do i get the oversized tube and a hic kit

go to a hardware store and look for a tube with outer diameter 1 3/8" (pretty sure) and a inner diameter that i dont know lol. search in the bars threads that are like "how do i make bars?"
