so hopefully in my cnc class im starting in school i will be making pegs, a design based on the tilt pegs so does anyone have a picture of the inside of the peg, also in tilt pegs and is it like flat at the bottom inside where the axle goes in? dimensions like peg thickness would also help (of park and/or chromo as im not sure what material i will use yet it depends what is available)

dont say just buy some as for one in the uk tilt pegs cost loads like more than $50 and its to get grades in my course.

Don't have any dimensions to give you but the bottom will be flat on the inside

I would start with Aluminum 1st, since it is so easy to machine. They'll wear down quickly but if you have access to a CNC machine bust a whole bunch out when you get the layout programmed.

can you get a hold of a Bike peg? probably more of those around that are cheaper, even one from a friend- use it as a guide to show the Teacher and just tell him you need to salee it down to fit on the Scooter.
