um yeah anyway a question
when you grind or manual do u count how long it was or do u see how far u went??

Just learn how to do them until you can do them forever. What really matters is if you do a long one but you're turning and jumping up and down stuff. Just going straight down a hill is boring.

o yea and i usually just manuel for a couple days then stop
sometimes ill manuel monday through friday
so i usually mesure my manuels by how many times the sun goes down

when ever i think of long manual, i think of the nose manny in the credits of rvm3.
