mcCarren skatepark is in brooklyn ny and open

the park opened up last week they were supposed to open in spring, its a little late.lol. the park is in greenpoint brooklyn, on lorimer street.it is concrete,has a big three set and a handrail, a bank nxt to the set,a 3-5 ft quarter not really sure.two wallrides a steeper one and a little less steep one, euro gap a long ledge and then a short small ledge.heres a vid i found of it http://www.vimeo.com/6000486 oh and the park was still being made in the vid. they hopped the fence so the handrail isnt there yet.

I'm probably going either New Years day, or the sunday after. Most likely the sunday after. Apparently this place is like right across the street from where my brother works, so yeah. Does anyone know if there are lights there, for riding at night?

the street light provide enough light to ride. and if the soccer feild across the street is lit up, you're set.
