Get some old de hubbed metal cores, get all the PU off and send the cores to a skateboard bushing company that makes PU bushings. And have them make you some new wheels.

Do they just copy every idea Andrew Broussard has?

lit hahaha
nope the core is different.

and he is not making the mistake of his bars again either. he is making a few pairs to test, giving them to me and a few other people to test the wheels very hard. we are gonna test them. find out whats wrong. fix the problem. and test them again till they are good. so he isnt just gonna make them and start selling them like the first version of his bars.

all they are trying to do is help the sport and everyone hates them. i honestly dont see why. he is just trying to help us and he gets all this crap from people who have never even seen or tested his products.

and as for copying every idea of andrews, he used different materials and a different clamps. also andrew wasnt the first to make bares like that. they have been used on gopeds for a while. but andrew was the first to fit them on a scooter. so the general idea wasnt exactly his.

as for the wheels scooter zone is making, they are thicker then the micro metal cores and alot different. they look nothing like andrews metal cores.

so stop giving someone who is trying to help our sport grow crap.

I am also testing all the new Scooter Zone products.

My goal is to beat the shit out of the parts so we can send em back and make them better.

SZ started off bad and is making up for it now.

I am currently running the 1 piece bars they made and they are working out great so far. 4130 Chromoly. I am also testing the wheels. I get them on saturday. Like i said. I am TRYING to break them. to make them better

Hi there.
It forbidden for me to "advertise" so I will explain you all how Eagle Sport metal core wheels are made.
Beside a 20 years experience you need to know a lot about as well Aluminium as well Urethanes.
The cores are made out of a massive bar of High Grade aluminium with a CNC machine.
The Urethane you need is a special blend of Urethanes so that its strong enough and have a high rebound.
For you to see if a Urethane is a good quality: Transparant Urethane is allways less quality then "milky" Urethane but does not say everything.
Eagle Sport wheels are made by HAND pouring not with a machine, also that makes a difference.
Wanna know more? just ask !

ive had my 110mm micro metal cores for about 4 months now, and i didnt even wear them in. my back wheels startin to get pretty square
