MGP Flex fender problems?!

Ok ive had my nitro for about 2 weeks now?
And the flex fender rattles when ever i ride and it sounds real bad...how do i tighten it so it sounds dialled?

oh i call them monkey wrenches :L but how do i tighten it? Step by step pictures could u show me or sometin?

Hold the bottom bolt with a wrench or players and spin the allen key, or hold it with an allen key and use a rachet to tighten it. The second option is better as it's less likely to strip.

Also if you want it to sound really dialed, cut a piece of a bike tube and poke holes lining up with the screws, and put it between the deck and brake. It will stop some of the vibration.
