MGP Fork Help

So I traded a friend a rup fork for an MGP team edition fork (2011) and the steerer tube is like a few mm smaller than any other threaded fork, so the bars don't fit snug around it, any suggestions on what to do? I don't have any money right now for another fork.

Apparently you don't know much about mgp threaded forks there made with a smaller steerer tube diameter than all other threaded forks for some reason, and my clamp is as tight as can go with a aluminum can shim too and it still wobbles.

No fork has a smaller steerer tube unless it has a 1 inch fork. Only the new $20 razor's have 1 inch forks.

Heres an option... Use scs and get a longer scs bolt to screw into the starnut (you get with scs and put in forks) you need to buy a longer one seperate, OR you can do the same thing with HIC, although Im unfamiliar with hic so I dont know if you can use threaded forks with HIC.

just use a soda can shim, put it over your forks then put your bars on top. if it still doesnt work try another layer of soda can.
