http://www.scooters-only.com/new-mini-mgp-scooter-503.html <---- scooter. i have a little brother who is 4. hes into scootering and hes not bad. he rides the razor a2 and can do bar spins tail whips and 360s. the only problem is that i can deal with that undialed piece of shit. should i get him one of these for christmas and are then any good?
