MGP ninja/nitro brake

Anyone know how to take them out?, or make them solid?

to take them out, undo the bolt and pry it out

the bold wont unscrew, like i used a socket wrench and it wont tighten or loosen at all

Put something under the spring...

Put a Phoenix switchblade on

no switchblade, put inner tube in the spring and it really works ive got it in mine and its dialled ass monkeys
