micro folding mech

on my micro, my folding mech is always creaking and wen i push on it, like kinda hard it always moves, im not on about the full thing just this bit: http://www.micro-xtreme.com/product_info.php?cPath=22_38&products_id=200
that fits to the deck.
i tighten it really tight so i cant tighten it any more with my hands and it still creaks whilst moving.

any one know what i could do to stop this from happening.
sorry if there is any threads on this.
but it is realy doing my head in.


just give me some ideas please

its happen on my scooter too iono i guess we just have to live with it, if u havent locked it then lock it and if it still dus that then get biger bolts

u mean those 2 bolts on the deck...
ok, take off your foldy and put some superglue to the deck where the foldy goes, let it dry, then put your foldy again and tight it very hard, but not too much or your bolts will snap

the foldie isnt made for your deck haha they are all different and i SOMETIMES get good ones from eric and they dont shake or moove

Yeh mine is running smooth atm only thing tht makes any noise are the spacers in reinforcements

be carefull you dnt do it to tight i was tightening my bullet foldy tonight and manged to snap one of the screws!!

i put a spacer in my reinforcemets to stop the big spacers from ratteling

you could drill out one of those hole's to 1/2 and stick a 1/2in. bolt in there... problem solved.
