it might be the headset. i tightened the fuckk out of my mech once and it still made a sound. soo i tightened my headset and fixed my headset and it stopped
After awhile, my foldy started to wiggle, because the bolts started to dig into part of the mech, so i just tighten the hell out of the bolts before i ride, and it holds it in place for most of the day. I use lock nuts as well.
