so i bought proto tank bars and put scs compatable as no, so it has the slit, and im gettin knukks so do i need to cut of the slit or can i keep it?

Gotta cut the slit.

You may keep the slit if you know what you're doing.

Cut the bottom of the bars 2" if you want to keep the same bar height. If you want taller bars, then put an old piece of steertube (that's the fork tube) in there so that the slits don't compress.

u can keep the slit as long as u put a broken fork tube in the bars
